Recently we had an issue with our WordPress site where all Admin’s were locked out. We managed to get using our hosting access and when we got back in only 12 events were left in our Events Espresso, we had about 160 before the problem.
We use a back-up facility but unfortunately it last backed up 4 weeks ago and the restore has given us some events back but obviously not the ones that were added since the last back up and none of the registrations either.
Are our events and data backed up anywhere by Events Espresso??
Or any other ideas how we can retrieve the lost events and registrations???
I hate to hear of the troubles you had. Sorry, but we don’t keep a backup of your data anywhere. Since EE is installed on your servers, we have no way to access and store the data.
You can try the different filters at the top of the event list in your dashboard, but if you added the events after the last backup, then they are likely gone.
