I have installed the barcode scanner plugin but our tickets don’t show the barcode .

Hi,

Have you installed and activated the EE4 ticketing addon too? If you have, you should see two new message types: ticket and ticket notice.

In the ticket, by default, it should have a shortcode similar to this in the Main Content area: [BARCODE_* w=1 h=70 fsize=18 bgcolor=#fff color=#000]

That shortcode will generate the barcode on the tickets.
