Is this for the Primary Attendee or Additional Attendees? – You’ll need to check the correct checkbox is checked for either of those (or both) http://take.ms/sU8Nd
If this is effecting the additional attendees you’ll also need to select the required registration information within the event – http://take.ms/1torq
It is effecting the primary attendee. I checked the box and clicked update on the event but its not switching the group questions for me, it just shows the default questions on all my events.
Question groups are enabled on a per-event basis. You may have questions associated with it via the Question group editor but the question group would still need to be enabled via the event editor.
Can you get a screenshot of the Question Groups (bottom right area of screen) within the event editor?
