gridview plugin doesn't display events

Shortcode doesn’t call out the gridview on my site but stays as a line of text. http://satoura.eu/group-tours/
Is anything I can do about it?

Hi,

Have you got the Custom Template plugin active? The grid “plugin” requires the Custom Templates plugin to be installed and activated.

ah! I didn’t know about custom template. It works fine now. Thank you for your prompt help.
