Getting "Ticket not Valid" when selected and register now clicked

I can reorder and rebuild tickets and get this to work, but it seems a bit wonky. Do you have a carefully defined process order of how to create tickets and allow them to work without failure?

My issues are very similar to entry https://eventespresso.com/topic/a-valid-ticket-could-not-be-retrieved-for-the-event/ from 2017.

These might be cache and cron issues and if they might be, please elaborate on a fix. Thanks.

Hi,

The fix is to deactivate object caching and/or other types of caching on your pages that have ticket selectors. In other words your events pages need to be served dynamically, not served from a cache.

Along with the above, if you have any modifications done to the ticket selector code, those should be reviewed as there may be required ticket markup missing.
