Hi,
My client wants to know if EE4 lets them generate a participants list that allows participants to verify their attendance on the day of the event?
Would love to know if EE4 can do this 🙂

Hi Sue Yin Ong,
EE4 does not currently have any functionality to allow attendees to confirm their own attendance to the event after they have registered, although admins can ‘Check-in’ the attendees themselves.
It sounds like you are looking for a button similar to an RSVP to confirm they will actually attend even thought they have registered onto the event, is that correct?

Hi Tony,
Well not exactly an RSVP button. But just a list of attendees my client can generate before the event itself. So they can print that list out and it can be an attendance list.
Is that possible?

Hi Sue,
You can do this by going to WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over the name of an event and click on Registration.
This will take you to a page that shows registrants/attendees for this event. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Registrations CSV button.
That file can then be opened up in Microsoft Excel, Numbers, Google Spreadsheets or an equivalent tool.
