Initially, I get a popup about the email being already in the system and I need to log in if I want to change it. After the first popup warning, the edges of the field just turn red. We had SSO originally and it worked fine, but now want people to sign up with the form without signing into the site first. I have turned off all the “WP User Integration Defaults” in the Registration Form tab. Where are other places this would remain hung up on email fields in forms? Is it possible to CC: imgfx@imgfxdesign.com with responses, as my main email is down at this time. |

Hi there! Thanks for contacting us! Thanks! |

Here is a video of what it does: However the problem now exists that two different entities (one is a user, the other is a contact) is the same person and the purchase records are spread across these records: I found this code which appears the way to reconcile these records: I will be trying this a little later tonight and report back. I recall this happening before about four years ago when I first installed EE. |

Hi ICLE, I posted a solution in your other thread which can help with this, see: EE_Contacts are created regardless of whether the WP User Integration add-on is in use and it uses the First Name, Last Name and Email of the registration data to search for an existing EE_Contact before creating a new one. You #1 EE_Contact uses test02 for first/last name which meant EE created a new contact for that registration. With the above, you can edit the registration linked to EE_Contact #1 and reassign the COntact ID to be for EE_Contact #2. Is that what you are looking for? |
