Just now I received a message from a client on the website that he/she filled in the form to sign up for an event. All the required fields were filled in but it gave the message that all the required fields should be filled in.
Have a look at the screenshot. What does this mean and how can we solve this? Are you familiar with this or is this an internal setting mistake made by me?
I ran a registration using Chrome without issue, however Firefox failed on the registration page.
I noticed your site is running WP Super Cache and the Event Espresso critial pages are cached. You’ll need to set those pages to be excluded from cache, we have a guide here:
Your /registration-checkout/ slug would be /registration-checkout-2/, if any of the other critial page slugs have been altered you’ll need to use the correct slug from your site.
