For some reason when I try to export registrations to CSV, it returns a white page saying “Forbidden: you do not have permission to access this resource”. I tried things like:
-go to EE Maintenance, reset roles
-change wp-admin htaccess filename
-disable all other plugins
but none of these things seem to have any effect. I asked my host about this and they said they said it’s something related to EE and not the server, and referred me to the non-working solutions I listed above.
Any ideas on how to fix the CSV export issue?

so i’m able to highlight and copy the data, paste it into a spreadsheet and work with it from there, but it’ll still be nice use the ‘export to csv’ button.

update:
if i disable var/www/html/.htaccess, the csv export functionality works BUT my subdirectory subsite 2 is completely disabled. If I enable var/www/html/.htaccess, the whole multisite works but i cannot export to csv.
What might I add in the var/www/html/.htaccess to have the multisite and csv functionality working?
