Hi,
I have demos and classes that require payment through another vendor. I have installed and set up Flexible Payment Method. I have deactivated all other Payment methods yet the ticketing option is still showing up. I can’t find anything in documentation that helps me get that off the registration page.

I went through the Flexible payment method options. It should be showing up but isn’t. I don’t want the Price and Qty to not show up. Sounds like there is some confusion on what the flexible payment is used for.
It should be showing up but isn’t.
What isn’t showing up and where?
I don’t want the Price and Qty to not show up.
When selecting the tickets? That’s not what that add-on is for. It’s basically a payment method that can be used to finalize the registration and display a message, that’s it.
The copy I set up for the Flexible payment method is not showing up.
Your tickets are free, no payment methods are shown for free ticket as there is nothing to pay, so no payment method is required.
Your ticket name is ‘$25 per person’, so I’m assuming your ticket price should be $25.
Can you provide details of what you are trying to achieve, please? We can help provide the best option to get you what you need, rather than trying to work through the flexible payment method which doesn’t seem to be the issue.

I need people to go to a third party website to pay and register. I put the copy and link into the setting for Flexible Payment. Why isn’t that showing up? I don’t want people to have the registration options on our website.

If you don’t want people to have the registration options on your website, then the Flexible payment options isn’t the way to go. This is because they’d need to register before they’d ever get to the step that shows the message from the Flexible payment add-on.
Instead, you set the event’s “Alternative Registration Page” option to the full URL of the third party website’s pay and register page. You set that field in the Event Registration Options box within the event editor.
