Hi there–
I’m trying to install the First Data Payment Gateway, and though my account says I have access to it, it’s not showing up in the backend of my site: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9yysx7205dw34wv/screencapture-prsanccstg-wpengine-wp-admin-admin-php-2019-11-15-14_27_53.png?dl=0. Can someone help me figure out what the disconnect is?

Hi there,
You’ll find the add-on here:
https://eventespresso.com/product/eea-firstdata-payeezy/
All of the add-ons you have available can be downloaded from your account page. In the downloads section if you click on the name of and add-on it should automatically start downloading the .zip file.
You then upload that on your site in Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin.
