So I am perplexed. Is there a new version of the app that works better in iPad or some additional URL code I need to exclude in the SSO exclusion URLs?
As far as I am aware, none of us keeps outdated devices so we don’t test on lower versions. I’m not an Apple user myself but I’ll confirm this with the other members of the team.
However, the app itself doesn’t change the requests sent based on the version of the device, so if the app runs, it shouldn’t matter what version you are using.
If you install the REST API log on the site and test with the iPad, can you see any errors on the requests saved to the log when you test the iPad?
We are at the latest iOS for the iPad3.
I will try logging in first via our SSO and see if that has an effect on the app.
