Hi, I just wanted to remind you of two of our feature requests, both previously discussed.
1. Please alphabetize the venue dropdown when assigning a venue to an event. We have about 100 venues, and they appear in the order in which they were created.
2. Please check inventory one more time, just before the payment information is submitted, and cancel payment submission if the inventory is less than the purchase quantity. In our experience, by the time someone has registered and entered payment information, someone else can swoop in and buy tickets, and this can result in an oversell.
Hi Michael, we are aware of both requests and I’ve added feedback to those tickets. There is also a dropdown for the venues in the calendar add-on so I’ve also updated that ticket.
I see it in the changelog now. Many thanks from the staff here!
