Hi Donald,

Is this a case where the tables that handle Event Espresso data are getting moved from one site to another site?

Hi Donald,

Did you move the site from staging to production with those 3 ‘broken’ registrations already created within staging?

It appears that the details relating to the contact for that registration are missing (or have been manually deleted), so we are checking if those registrations were made on the live site as it is now?

forget about the staging now the issue is only on live site. and I did’nt move any thing from staging to live.If you want to check .I can provide the login details of the live site that you can easily ditect the problem,

You can send log-in details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

However the reason you are getting that fatal is EE can not find the contact record that is linked to the registration, which would suggest that the site was moved, or somehow the contact has been deleted from the database (which is not something you can do easily within EE itself).

We need to find the cause, rather than the symptom so login details may not help.

Hi Donald,

The majority of your registration are within the trash, if you go to Event Espresso -> Registrations.

The few registrations you can see are missing the ‘Primary’ registrant (a group of 3 will have the first as the primary, visible by the * next to the name)

Have you been deleting registrations from EE? (or even directly through the database)
