I have not been able to update the Event Espresso WordPress plugin because I have not had a valid support license. I just purchased a current support license key today, but I am still unable to get the update. The extract error: An error occurred while updating Event Espresso. Update package not available. Please let me know how I should proceed. Thank you.
Your current license is for EE4 but your site is using EE3.
EE3 and EE4 are separate products (EE4 is not just an update to EE3) so are you looking to update EE3 to the latest version of EE3 or switch over to EE4?
Thank Tony! It looks like I purchased a support license key for EE4, but my site is running EE3. I need to stick with EE3 so I need a refund for the EE4 support license key I purchased yesterday. Once I receive the refund I will go in and purchase EE3 support license key in hope that I will be able to update the plugin once the EE3 key is put into my EE settings. How do I go about getting a refund?
