I have an event live on Event Espresso EE4 and it has all been working well, but a client just called because the price on the ticket was added 2*00 so instead of DKK 1.015,00 it was DKK 101.500,00. The price is listed correct on invoice and the incident seems isolated to that particular order. Is there something i could do to investigate the cause, and correct the clients ticket?
Was this a single ticket purchase or do you allow multiple quantities of the pricing option to be purchased?
Is there a link to the event page that we can take a look at and also, are you seeing that pricing when you go to view the specific transaction within your WP dashboard in Event Espresso –> Transactions?
