Hello!
We had a Server-Migration the last few days.
The 5 registrations who came in during these 3 days where not transfered to the new servers.
We exported the attendees in a CSV-File and now we have to integrate them again in EventEspresso.
My question are:
1. What is the best way to import the registrations? Can I use the same CSV-File for upload as I downloaded?
2. 4 of 5 registrations payed with Credit Card trough stripe. Is there a problem, if I import the data?

Yes you can and you can use the Attendee Importer add-on to reimport those registrations which allows you to match up your registration questions.
2. 4 of 5 registrations payed with Credit Card trough stripe. Is there a problem, if I import the data?
May I ask what issue there would be?
You may need to manually apply the Strip transaction numbers into Event Espresso if you need those but other than that you should have no isses.

Hi
As per all 5 Registrations have different Events / Time-Groups etc. that makes it very difficult to upload trough the Importer. I should uploade each Registation separate.
Is there any other possibility to add the registation manually?

Hi Christina,
Then yes, you’ll likely be best re-creating the registration manually.
Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations.
At the top is a ‘Add new registration’ button, click that and you’ll see a Ticket Selector in the admin, select your ticket and provide the details needed.
