I’m using the EE plugin as a volunteer scheduling calendar for a non-profit organization and they would like to be able to export a member’s volunteer hours total each month for their records. Is it possible to do that on a user-by-user basis?

Hi Trevis,

I’m sorry but I don’t understand your use case here. Since Event Espresso was designed for selling event registrations, I’m not familiar with how you are using Event Espresso. Can you explain, please?

Sorry for not explaining better—here’s what we’re trying to do… (I consulted with someone in your company about this prior to purchasing the EE plugin and they assured me it was a good match for our needs.)

The site is for a non-profit group that conducts a lot of meetings and various volunteer activities. So, instead of selling registration to an event, all events are free. What the group would like to do is download a member’s event participation record, so they can track it for various reasons. Being that we are also using the EE Members addon, I thought it might be fairly easy to download event registration records for any specific user that is in the system.

Is this possible?

Hi Trevis,

Event Espresso 4 does track the event registration history for a contact.

Please see the screenshot on this page:

Thanks guys. Hmmmm… Looks like the EE3 add ons are not yet supported in EE4. This will throw things off a bit, as I am relying on a few for the functionality we’re trying to achieve.

There’s no way to do this in EE3?

Hi,

There isn’t a way to download specific users, but you can export a single events attendees to spreadsheet by hover over the event name in the Event Overview, selecting Attendees from the menu that appears and then clicking the export button.
