When is this support going to start? I am extremely dissatisfied. Your everything license should include priority support, but you get nothing from it. And even after I pay your fee, I’m still getting nothing. This is unacceptable. |

Hi Ruth, I replied to both of your support token requests directly via email, requesting more details on what is displaying and asking if it’s ok for me to clone the site locally to investigate this. Have you not received those emails? When I reviewed your previous threads on this I remembered this being an issue with how the theme handles the Main Query conflicting with how EE injects the event details. So I need to clone the site locally and take a look into this but need to confirm that’s ok with you first? The version of EE activate on the site has been updated so that likely explains why this start happening again, but I need to dive into the query to find out what is happening before I can comment further. Am I ok to clone the site locally? |
