Hi Ted,

I’m not seeing an attached screenshot, but what you can do is enable WordPress debug mode to capture the error (instead of just a blank page). There may be another plugin on the site that’s conflicting with the wait list add-on, and the error logged to debug.log will help give us all a better clue how to fix.

I did include a link to instructions on how to enable debug mode:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug

If that’s not something you’re comfortable with doing, someone from Event Espresso support staff can activate debug mode if you can complete this form:

We’ll actually need the FTP information (which was left blank in your form) in order to activate WP_DEBUG mode.

OK Ted I’ve installed the latest release candidate version of the MailChimp add-on on your site. The older release candidate on your site isn’t compatible with PHP 7.2. So it was likely an update to newer PHP that caused the issue.

With the new version of MailChimp installed you’ll need to re-enter your MailChimp API information into the Event Espresso > MailChimp settings page.

Thank you so much Josh, and I assume that the Debug is set too.

I turned WP_DEBUG off after I was done.
