Hi Ted, I’m not seeing an attached screenshot, but what you can do is enable WordPress debug mode to capture the error (instead of just a blank page). There may be another plugin on the site that’s conflicting with the wait list add-on, and the error logged to debug.log will help give us all a better clue how to fix. https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug |

I deactivated the Mailchimp plugin and everything works. I have had problem with mailchimp plugin before and one of you awesome guys fixed it. It is the Mailchimp plugin |

OK Ted I’ve installed the latest release candidate version of the MailChimp add-on on your site. The older release candidate on your site isn’t compatible with PHP 7.2. So it was likely an update to newer PHP that caused the issue. With the new version of MailChimp installed you’ll need to re-enter your MailChimp API information into the Event Espresso > MailChimp settings page. |
