Hello. Recently any new event published within Event Espresso is not able to publish in Full Page Width. For example, this event published a year ago appears on the website in full width with no blog format displayed along the right side column: http://www.hotpots.net/events/winter-wine-glasses/ A recent event posted will not display in full width and does show blog format displayed along the right side column: Please forgive my lack of Event Espresso knowledge, it has been a few years since I created this website for my client. I cannot recall how to correct this scenario. When I do choose Full Width Page template and publish the page, it does not retain these settings and the event defaults back to Default Template. Thank you! Howard |
Hi there, As far as I can tell the only difference between those 2 events is the templates they are set to use.
That event is set to use the full width page template.
That event is not.
There are a few reasons that can happen. If you create new standard WP Page and set that page to use the full width template, does it save there? |

Hi, Tony Sorry for the delay in replying. So I did what you mentioned and created a new WP page at the following link: I also created a new EE full width page and is displayed here: As you can see the WP full width template worked fine but the EE did not display in full width. Thanks, Howard |

Hi, Tony Just an update – There were some updates required for the WP website. I upgraded WP to the current version and all EE plugins are now current as well as php version. I edited the test event page and was now able to chose and save the full width template! Please double-check me at the link provided above. Thanks again for your assistance! |
That looks to be a full-width page template for sure. |

Yes, I assume I just needed to update the plugins and WP. |
