How do I create an event without tickets that also does NOT have the status of SOLD OUT. I want the status to be active, however we are not selling tickets for the event. Registration is done through another site as we are listing events that require registration through the organization hosting the event.

Hi there,
You have a couple of options for this.
Within the EE event, you can set that ‘Alternative Registration Page’ to the full URL for the offsite registration. EE will replace the ticket selector with a ‘Vew Details’ button which when click takes the user to the URL you set.
Or, set the ticket options on the event with at least 1 ticket available and then set the ‘Display Ticket Selector’ option to No.
EE will then not show the ticket selector for that event and you’ll need to link to the offsite registration manually.
