Event time is wrong in the approval email

Hello,

Event Espresso is sending a wrong time frame in the approval email.

Could you help me on this?

What time frame does it show?

Can you post an example? Maybe a screenshot of the problem?

The correct event hour is 4pm to 6pm.

May I ask what’s set for the Timezone setting in WP > Settings > General?

What PHP version is the server running and do you have any other plugins that deal with dates at all?

Running PHP version: 7.0.30-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

I am using countdown pro dealing with dates

Ok, can you temporarily disable that plugin and retest, it also looks like your iCal datetime output is affected, which is usually caused by something calling date_default_timezone_set() on the server (which is why I ask about any plugins using dates).

Hello,
Countdown pro was deactivated, but the same problem happening.
It is showing the event hour 7 hour early most of the times.

Any other suggestion?

Any plugin on the site might have the date_default_timezone_set() function. A quick way to rule out a plugin conflict is you install the Health Check plugin, then go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WP admin bar. At that point, you can check the iCal datetime to see if the issue persists.
