This doesn’t seem to work on my live site, but on a dev site, it works fine. I made sure the plugin was up to date Version 1.0.4.p (current) and it used to work. I’m not sure what had happened. I’ve removed it and re-installed. Per the WP Plugins, it is installed and activated there is no proof anywhere else that it is actually working. For example, the Ticket icons are missing from the Overview or registrations. Also, the Tickets section is removed from the Messages/Templates section. Aside from disabling all my plugins, is there anything else you can think of that I can check? Thanks! |
Hi, Could you go to Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings and drag and drop the deactivated messages types to the active area? Do this for the Ticket Notice (Email) and then the Ticket (HTML) and then they should appear again. Thanks — |

Ugh. The one place I did not look. OK, thanks. That fixed problem number one. Now, I have a 2nd problem with the mobile app and permissions. I know there are issues with .htaccess https://eventespresso.com/topic/ee4-mobile-scanner-app-error-message-about-permissions/ but I’ll double check before I ask you. Thanks!!! |

Yeah. Still can’t get the mobile app to work on this same site, but ok on dev site. Get error: Sorry, you are not allowed to list events. Missing permissions: |
Did you make the edit to the .htaccess file on the live site? There’s specific information about how to troubleshoot the app errors in the documentation: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-event-apps/#troubleshooting |

I didn’t on the working site. I tried with and without modifications to the .htaccess and it still doesn’t work. |
Your site will likely have more than one .htaccess file since your sites is in a subdirectory. You’ll need to make sure you edit the .htaccess file that’s in the root level directory to allow the Authorization header pass. |

That didn’t work. I was careful to ready all the troubleshooting steps. Tried the .htaccess of the root site and the sub folder as well. |
You should probably check with your host to see why the server isn’t allowing the Authorization header to pass in the request. If they can’t figure that out, maybe it’d be best if your server gets switched over to use the Apache PHP module instead of FastCGI. |
