When I sort events in the Admin, they never seem to sort correctly, especially when sorting by Event Start? For example, right now, instead of sorting chronologically, it’s sorting in this order:
After an event with multiple tickets for different times ends, you can’t delete old tickets. Is this just part of functionality? Thanks, looking forward to replies! |
Hi Jesse, Which version of Event Espresso are you using?
Can you explain this further please? You want to delete tickets from within an event that has ended or remove registrations for that event? |

I’d like to delete tickets from within an event that has ended. |
I’m guessing that’s EE4.4.5.decaf
You can not delete tickets that have registrations applied to them, this would have a ripple effect throughout the plugin as the registrations are associated to the ticket. I would recommend you need to create a new event and use that rather than attempting to reuse previous events for new registrations. |

That’s fine enough. |
On the latest version of Event Espresso Decaf (4.4.10.decaf) and Premium (4.6.13.p) I can not reproduce this. By default the events are sorted by ID, have you clicking on the ‘Event Start’ title to sort by? – http://take.ms/I3q9J |

Yup, this is what I’m getting |

Hmm, what status is each of those events? Starting from the top down are they active, upcoming, expired etc. |
|
|
-Active |

Anything? |
I can not re-produce this this using the latest versions of Event Espresso or 4.4.5. I have re-created your events as best I can with the info provided but the order is correct when I sort by Start Date. As I can not reproduce this I suspect this is due to a plugin or theme conflict. You can try disabling all plugins and retesting. I would also recommend updating to the latest version of Event Espresso to do so you’ll need to purcahse a support/update license available here: |
