We have just upgraded from Expresso 3 to Expresso 4
We have one event, that is not sold out, but it is showing as sold out on the front end.
It seems like a bug but I am not sure if there is some setting in Expresso 4 that has been missed.
I have read this forum and have seen one other person who had the same bug, but it was noted that the bug was fixed in 2017.. So I am not sure
Your screenshot obfuscates the count of reserved datetime registrations, and at one time there may have been 3 of those which would make for a temporary sold out event. Normally if the registrations in progress do not complete (and pay) within the hour the inventory will reset and the event will no longer be sold out.
If you click the Publish button does the event no longer have a sold out status?
