Hi there, on this event https://chiroeurope.com/events/vital-experience-november-2023/ We require ‘email list’ logged in status to view, and when I am logged in (admin) I can see all the event details but not the ticket selector (also customers getting the same). Other events I have it is showing. I toggle the selector on / off, looked at all other settings and I can’t figure out why it’s not showing. I just use the event url, no shortcode.
Given I didn’t know there was an option, whatever the default editor is. We have user capabilities set to Read, and yes they are for logged in members only. I think I need to read more about how to use that… I have removed that capability, although it needs to remain for some of the tickets and the selector is visible. 🙂
