We recently deleted a BUNCH (like 4,000) records (one at a time, starting first with the payment, then the registration record, and then deleting them from trash.
Prior to the deletion, event details in notification emails came out in a predictable order, Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone and two custom questions. After the deletion, we’re seeing no specific order on any two consecutive emails – all the detail is there, it’s just not in a discernable order. I can’t find any “switches” that might have been thrown and I can’t see anything in the message templates that would give away why the order changed.
Totally stumped – has anyone else seen anything like this?
