Event Registration Email to EE Admin no received

Client was previously receiving emails with registration details from each event signup.

Troubleshooting included install WP-Mail-SMTP with SendinBlue. Confirmations are verified to registrants (both in delivered emails and in Sendinblue dashboard) but NO signs of the Confirmation email to the EE admin [CO_EMAIL]. Also tried a different email address for the CO_EMAIL.

WordPress Version: 5.7.1

PHP Version: 7.3.12

MySQL Version: 5.7.26

Event Espresso Version: 4.10.11.p

Hi there,

Just to confirm, are you referring to the ‘Registration Approved’ message type?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Message -> Message activity, can you see the Event Admin contact for Registration Approved listed there?

If you only see the Registrant (and/or possibly ‘Primary Registrant’) for that message type, has the Event Admin context been disabled?

If you are using the global templates you can check in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message Templates.

Find the Registration Approved message type and confirm that both the ‘Event Admin’ and ‘Registrant’ links are not greyed out.

If using a custom message template you go to the Custom message Templates tab and find your custom template there, then do the same.
