We use Event Espresso for our clients to register their children for summer camp. We have been experiencing a number of issues the past couple days:
1.) Our clients are not receiving all email confirmations for their registration. For example, one parent signed up her two children for four weeks of camp, so 8 registrations total. She did not receive confirmation emails for all registrations, and only received 7 PayPal email confirmations. This has been the biggest issue for clients trying to register.
2.) This same client does not appear on our attendees list twice, though she did register her two children separately. This has not been an issue for others who do multiple registrations.
3.) A lot of emails on our end that confirm registrations or payments have suddenly started going to the Spam folder, even though we have been using this system for at least two years. Even after marking them “not spam” they are going there.
I did request a reset of our support license so we can get the latest version of Event Espresso. I’m hoping the update will fix some of these errors, but any advice is greatly appreciated.
