Event Questions for Additional Attendees NOT Functioning

I have created 1 question that I need answered by additional attendees and this question is not appearing on the registration form.  I have checked the question box and updated the event but still nothing is showing.

Melissa,

Can you give us a link to the page? Also, we can test if this error is related to your theme by temporarily activating a standard WordPress theme (2011, 2012, or 2013) and see if the additional attendee questions display: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-event-espresso/#registration

I assume you created the questions > added the question to a question group > added the question group to the event details, correct?

If you do have the event questions setup correctly then is it possible to switch to the generic 2012 WordPress theme real quickly to see if we can rule in/out the theme conflict? I do see that your website is loading like 6 different versions of jquery.

I’ll have to wait until after hours tonight to attempt the switch.  Website traffic is very heavy due to a deal I am running.

I am not sure what jquery is or why I even have 6 versions running….

I did the theme swap with Theme Test Drive…. However, I had 2011 installed so that is what I used.  The event question for additional attendees did not appear.

Yes.  I am sending information now.  Please note, I am the additional questions feature is only setup for the July 28th event.  I plan on setting it up for all of them.

Under the Event Options: “Additional Attendee Registration Info?” field you had it set to only display the Personal Information questions so it was overriding the question group settings.

Take a look at your page now. http://www.vinoandcanvas.com/event-registration/?regevent_action=register&event_id=49

It looks like you have some questions in extra question groups…

Can you walk me through what you did and how I can properly change these settings?  I see that I have the same situation with every event.
