Event Overview says there are attendees but clicking it lists none

In the Event overview of Event Espresso 3.1 I am seeing numbers such as 5/999999 under the events attendees. This number is correct, there are indeed 5 people registered as our payment gateways confirmations report. However once clicking on the attendees to view them none are display.

Hi,

Please check that the Live Search Filter doesn’t have any random spaces in it.

Also please check the other status available: screenshot http://take.ms/BEtY3

Thanks for the reply Dean, this did not solve the problem unfortunately. I made sure that there was nothing in the live filter, and switched the filter status and hit the button and still nothing.

We are using Eventespresso on a multisite network, and there are no problems with showing attendees on our other sites, only on one of the sites is the problem occuring.

The support post ‘Event Overview says there are attendees but clicking it lists none’ is closed to new replies.
