Whenever someone registers fro one of my classes, we should receive notiification of the event so that we could ship the materials. I am not recieving those notifications

You can go to Event Espresso > General Settings, at the top of the page you’ll see a box “Organization Settings”. Does the “Primary contact email:” field have the correct email address?
Can you install the WP Mail Loggin plugin on the site and confirm if you can see the email logged when someone registers.
Also, if you create a test event with a 0.00 price ticket, then register a single person onto that do you get the email? (Do that with the above plugin enabled so you can see if the email was triggered but then didn’t arrive).
WP Mail Logging logs all of the emails sent by your site so you can confirm if they have been triggered and not received or not triggered at all. So installing the plugin shouldn’t have actually changed anything, it would just allow you to see if the emails were triggered or not.
