Hello;
EE all set up in terms of datetimes, start, end times, prices, quantities, etc. Registration works until payment time. Box appears saying: it appears event you were about to make a payment for is not accepting payments at this time. Please contact event adin if you bleieve this to be an error” It is as if something needs to be linked up. I cannot figure out what! Please help. Thanks.

Hi Irene,
If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods, do you have any active payment methods there?
Do you have the Payment Methods Pro add-on enabled on the site?

The paypal express icon is green. As is the pay by invoice icon. The paypal pro is not enabled. Previous events have worked successfully with paypal express.

You can close this ticket. I went through the above article, redid the process and it looks like everything is working again.
