I’m Using Event Espresso 4.9.22 Version. I’m already using (Easy SMTP plugin). but same issue ๐ Site URL: http://test.aea.com.br/ |
Hi Marcio, Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings. You will find the setting ‘Generate and send all messages:’ Set that to ‘On same request’ and save the settings. Now retest a registration, you should receive the email straight away. |

I’m Using this but same issue ๐ |
When using that setting the email is sent to wp_mail during the registration. After that the email is passed onto your server (in your case wherever ‘Easy SMTP’ is setup to send the emails) so it seems this is an issue with the server rather than EE. If you install a plugin such as Check Email and send a test email does it send immediately? |

Yes I Use check email and get test email immediately. |

Please solve this issue . its very urgent . |
As mentioned above with the ‘Generate and send all messages:’ setting set to ‘On same request’ the email are triggered as soon as the registration is made so its unlikely an issue with EE if the emails are still delayed. If you want to confirm if the emails have been sent by ERE you can install the plugin WP Mail logging add test registration and view the WP Mail logging log, you should see the registration emails there. If they show up instantly the emails have been sent over to your server to send, from that point on EE has no control over the emails, its all down to whichever provider you are using. Another option is to use a transactional email service such as the ones listed here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/ Most offer a free tier and would be used in place of the Easy SMTP plugin you currently have. |

You can check your From: address set in the email templates and correct what’s set there. |
