I am working on “event organizers” capabilities. How do I do the following
1) They have the ability to choose venues that I “Admin” have already entered into ee.
2) I dont want event organizers to have access to “EE Pricing” section. Right now I see they have capability to edit/add federal tax and stuff. I dont want that.

For that they will need the ee_read_others_venues capability. Any user with that capabilitiy can select any Venue created within EE.
2) I dont want event organizers to have access to “EE Pricing” section. Right now I see they have capability to edit/add federal tax and stuff. I dont want that.
You can not remove the ‘Pricing’ section as the capability is tied with another function used within the event editor (so the ticket editor will lose features), however you can prevent users from having the ability to edit prices within that section, just remove the ee_edit_default_price capability from the role.
