Hi everyone,
After update to event espresso 4.9.13.p my webpage doesn’t work correctly. This error appaers when someone try to buy something. Could you help me? Thanks!!
ERROR: “Se ha producido un error: The Event Espresso critical page shortcode for the Inscripción Cancelada page could not be configured properly.”

Hello,
In your WP admin, go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Critical Pages and try re-saving the settings on that page.
Please let us know if that works, or if you have any further questions.

I have tried several times to re-save the settings on the page but it is still not working at all. Could you please help me with this error?

When you view the above settings page, what does it show for the critical pages?
Could you include a screenshot of the critical pages settings?

Hello,
I see Supercacher in the admin menu pages. Could you double-check that your Event Espresso pages have been excluded from the caching services?

Also, if your search for this shortcode through your WordPress pages, then does it appear just once?
