Could you please reset my license key as I am also getting the following message:

A new version of Event Espresso – Calendar is available. View What’s New with version 3.2.0.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

Hi, your support license key has been reset. Please follow the steps in the confirmation email to reactivate it today.

Thank you, Lorenzo.

I followed the instructions, but unfortunately it did not fix the issue. I now also have a ‘red key’ next to the number, whereas before I had a ‘green key’.

I did see that on my account page of Event Espresso, it did reassign to my domain, but just not registering on my site. Could there just be a time delay?

Also, in my account it says I have:

Your license level: EE3 Personal

I’m sure I purchased EE4 and that is what is installed on my site. 😀

I received a similar license message stating my license was only authorized on one domain but I have the developers license. I resolved mine by DL the plugin and updating manually but I know I shouldn’t have to do that.
