Hello,
I could not really figure out how the Auto Promote Registrants works.
Let say, the system promotes the first registrant on the list and change the registration “Pending Payment” status. How long the system waits for the first registrant to pay and complete the registration to promote the second registrant on the list?

Hi,
It doesn’t actually wait for the first registrant to pay and complete the registration to promote the second registrant in the list.
The auto-promoted registration holds the spot and there isn’t a mechanism that moves on to promote more registrations if no more registrations become available.
If you want to impose a time limit that can be done manually by setting the auto-promoted registration to “Cancelled” status and they’ll no longer have the opportunity to complete a registration.
