After upgrading WordPress I’m now getting “There was an error in your submission. The event was not saved! Please try again. WordPress database error:”
According to another support thread – “That sounds like the issue from the latest WP security fix. It wipes out any change where an input field has more than the allowed characters.”
Do you currently have an active support/update license?
The reason you can not see the download is the current account your are using does not have a license. Do you have another account with an active license?
No this is the only license we have. So are you telling me that in order to get a bug fix for an existing version we have installed we have to purchase a new license?
Yes, all Event Espresso licenses entitle you to 12 months updates and support.
If you do not have an active license you will need to purchase one in order to update Event Espresso Premium.
