Dear Support, after upgrading the checkout page started showing only one event ticket instead of 2 or 3 selected on the registration page:
http://arthayasatackshop.com/event-registration/ Please help as we just opened registrations for two events.

Hi there,

First things first, you will need to disable the built-in caching that’s happening on your web server. You can disable the caching by following this guide:

Thank you Josh, while I am still trying to solve this with go daddy, would it be possible to move this license to another site? Our other site is not hosted by go daddy. How to do this if possible?

Hello,

Please remove the support license key from the existing site by going to Event Espresso –> General Settings and removing it and then saving changes.

I’ve released your support license key so you can activate it on your other site.

Thank you Lorenzo, I tried to activate my license key on http://www.arthayasa.com and got the message that it is still active on http://www.arthayasatackshop.com.
Then I tried to request to reset the license from my account on the event espresso website but nothing happens on the screen. Could you please release it again maybe? Thx alla

Hi there,

We can’t actually release keys from sites. You’ll need to log in to
arthayasatackshop.com then go to Event Espresso > General settings and remove the key from the Support license key field there. Then after that, you can request another key reset.

and now requested the reset, thank you.
There is one more problem now: actually i moved the registration from another website because the check out page not showing properly. It shows only one ticket even though i select 2 or more. http://arthayasa.com/club/events/28-29-january-jumping-2017/

Does it show all of the tickets on the page after the page with the registration form?

yes it does shows all selected tickets, but i noticed that many registrants do not go past the first check out page where they suppose to enter the registration details because they see only one ticket and they don’t go ahead.

if the request for an additional attendee information is activated than all tickets are shown on the check out page

We’ve added that information back to the registration form page in Event Espresso 4.9.26.p, and that version is available as an update now.

Fantastic, everything is working now!!! Thank you so much for your help,
One questions – is there an option to show all selected tickets on top of the actual registration form. By default we always see the first selected ticket, then the form and then the other ticket(s). Can it be modified?

While there isn’t an option to set that will change the location of the additional ticket info, you can add a tiny bit of jQuery to that page, and that will move the other ticket info above the registration form.

You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress theme’s functions.php file.
