Hello: |
|
Hi Anne, Where about are you seeing this? My guess is that you have the EE3 WP User Integration addon installed and you are looking at the My Events page? Is this correct? If so are you looking at the admin or front end? If any of that is correct, you need to tick the box and then press the Cancel Registration button. If that is not correct, please advise further. |
|
I’m looking at it from the front end. When I tick the box, no cancel button appears. See screen grab at http://thepixelfarm.com/tmp/EE_eventCancelTmp01.png |
Hi Anne, it looks like a row at the end is missing. Here is what the default version appears like (see the end of the image): https://eventespresso.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/espresso_my_events.png Could you check to see if the content is there but hidden via CSS? — |

|
You are correct, the whole bottom row is missing. |
Hi Anne, Lets try working in reverse. Have there been any customizations to Event Espresso either via custom templates or the core? If so, check these locations to see if there is some custom function that is introducing that: /wp-content/themes/yourthemefolder/functions.php /wp-content/uploads/espresso/custom_functions.php (this may exist if you created one or added it via the custom files add-on for Event Espresso 3) — |

Thanks Lorenzo: |
Hi Anne, If you can create a temporary login and send the credentials using this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ I’ll take a look. As you mentioned above that the CSS code is within the page it sounds like this has been added to the my_event_page.php template. This can be found within \wp-content\plugins\espresso-members\my_events_page.php |
