This is the url: https://seidlitzregistration.com/events/using-tech-to-boost-achievement-for-ells/

When selecting Purchase Order for the payment, it is still giving an error to refresh the page.

It was suggested that I delete the Object Cache since the website is using GoDaddy’s Managed WP hosting, but I’m still getting the same error. Any other ideas?

Hi there,

Looking at your site, caching is still enabled.

How did you delete the Object Cache?

Hi Tony!

I followed this guide: flushed the cache and deleted Object Cache via FTP.

Hi there,

I just ran a quick test and I saw no errors after selecting the purchase order option. May I ask which browser/OS were you using when you saw the errors?

Hi,

The latest version of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari on MacOS Sierra.

Can you post a screenshot of the error please? Also, are you logged into the site or logged out of the site while selecting the Purchase Order option?

It happens whether I’m logged in or not.

If I refresh the page, it goes away and lets me register. If I close the box and click Purchase Order again, it works. If I move my mouse off the box and wait a few seconds, the error disappears and I can click Purchase Order again, and it works.

OK I’m seeing the error if I register a second time after completing a first registration. That’s a good indication that caching is affecting this. There’s also this response header:

X-Cacheable YES:Forced

It may help to contact GoDaddy’s award-winning support and ask them if they have newer instructions on how to disable the built-in object caching.
