I’ve just added 2 new groups successfully but when I added the 3rd one, I got this error:

There was an error in your submission, please try again. The group was not saved!

WordPress database error: []
INSERT INTO wp8g_events_qst_group_rel (group_id, question_id) VALUES (‘0′, ’15’)
