Error thanks page after booking procces

Hi i have a problem with the thanks page. every time i fibnish the booking process, sometimes is a free ticket other with payment, doesn`t matter, the thanks page give me this error

This is a system page for displaying transaction information after a purchase.
You are most likely seeing this notice because you have navigated to this page
through some means other than completing a transaction.
Sorry for the disappointment, but you will most likely find nothing of interest here.

and never send email or show the tickets that user booking.

I really dont understan why is that, i change to theme twentty.. i still the same

You’ll need to check to see if there is any server level caching happening. What this looks like is the session is getting wiped out before you hit the Thank you page.
