Hi,

I’ve just installed the latest update and now when going to the event pages in the espresso menu I see the following error

A RuntimeException was thrown! code: EE_Admin_Page – _route_admin_request – 1156
Page route “_events_overview_list_table” with the supplied arguments () threw the following exception: Cannot assign null to property EE_Model_Relation_Base::$_timezone of type string
click to view backtrace and class/method details
/nas/content/live/gmilne80/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/admin/EE_Admin_Page.core.php ( line no: 1156 )

And receive a “There has been a critical error on this website” message if I try to visit the registration page.

Hi there,

I’m not reproducing this on my test sites, could I take a look at the site to see if I can find out what is going on with this?

If so I’ll need WP-Admin and FTP credentials to add some debug code on the above methods, the stack trace doesn’t lead anywhere for this, unfortunately.

You can send those over using this form:

I’ve had to role the site back to a backup with 5.07 running on it to gain access to the events and registrations for them. This month is our busy period with numerous events daily running so I can’t take the site offline at the moment.

I have the same issue, how do I go back to 5.07p?

If you have exactly the same issue then the first thing to try is to redownload 5.0.8 and reinstall.

Download it from your account page and go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin.

Select the .zip you just downloaded and install.

WordPress should tell you there is a version already installed and ask if yo want to replace. Do so.

Still the same issue?

Reinstalling has solved the problem. Thank you
