When we apply a promo code to an event checkout and the promo code covers 100% of the transaction, we will occasionally get this error message:
“It appears the event you are attempting to register for is no longer accepting payments”
Apologies for the delayed reply, I’ve been looking into this to try and reproduce but so far I can’t so I need some more details on your setup if possible.
Can you link me to an event you have seen this on so I can match the ticket set-up?
Are your registrations close to the ‘limit’ set on the DateTime/Ticket? Meaning you have only say a few spaces left when this is happening?
