urgent problem – we have tackled this before but here we go again. The previous problem was I could not get to this stage, and the problem was we have Captcha on the login page, I have deactivated it to test, and that resolved that issue. We have a major event starting Thursday with 500 participants, and I need this to work. The capabilities are set correctly. The SSL is up to date. Please help asap. |

If I click on the details of the Registration denied window and click the green Check-in button, I also get unsupported URL |

Android update – it works on android. |

Hi there, Can you please send me login details for the site so I can log in with the apps and see what the response with the server is? Just use this form: |

Hi there, Unfortunately, the same is happening as last time, I can’t reproduce this on your site, its working fine for me on an iPad. You’re previous thread is here: https://eventespresso.com/topic/unsupported-url-error-on-event-app/ I run into issues with the apps (both iOS and Android) when the “reCaptcha by BestWebSoft” plugin is active. So I temporarily deactivated that plugin and tested the iOS app, scanned a ticket checked in and out a registrant (then deleted those checkin records from the admin). All without any issue. I’ve since re-activated the plugin again. Unfortunately, without being able to see this happening I can’t troubleshoot it, I need to know what is happening on the requests and all of the requests I’m sending/receiving are normal and working. |

The log looks completely normal. Have you tried logging into a device with my credentials? I’m wondering if this is an account related issue. (Leave your iPad logged in and use another device if possible) |

Found something which stood out, add this code to your site:
Then enabled WP REST logging again and retest. |

Was that before or after you added the above snippet? (if you’ve added it to the site yet that is) |
|
Apologies for the delay, busy at event. I asked an IT friend where I should add that, and where he found isn’t a location. Where am I meant to add it ? |
|
Add the above within either your themes functions.php file, or better yet, use a custom functions plugin: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-site-specific-plugin-wordpress-site/ |
