Error Message: Unable to get the email address, something is wrong with..

Hello,

We are seeing a message when we go into the registrations section of Event Espresso in the email column which says “Unable to get the email address, something is wrong with this data” for one registrant. The rest of this users information is blank (no first or last name, or other contact information). I just want to confirm why this message occurs? We believe the user got through a portion of the registration but didn’t complete it, which is why it displays the message. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Brandon, this sounds like a failed registration where the registrant clicked on the register now button from a single event page but then decided not to complete the registration.

Could you share a screenshot so we can confirm?

Thanks for the screenshot. There is no information for that registrant/attendee so it appears that they did not complete registration checkout.
