That is the error received after hitting the “proceed to payment options button” If I refresh I am prompted to enter the attendee info again with the same outcome.

Hi Dana,
This message may appear if your site has caching services running and the service or plugin is not setup to exclude the Event Espresso critical pages.
WP Super Cache, W3 total cache, Cloudflare are examples

Lorenzo: the only cache we have is on our Bluehost Server and it is turned off.

Hi Dana,
I logged into the site and saw that the WordPress HTTPS plugin is installed and the registration checkout page is set to be secure. Along with that, the WordPress admin needs to be secured so that the registration form (which uses the wp-admin-ajax functions) is also secure.
It’s set to be secure now, and I ran a few tests to verify it’s working now.
You’ll get an added benefit of a more secure WordPress admin this way now too. From the WordPress codex:
The ultimate implementation of this “second layer” password protection is to require an HTTPS SSL encrypted connection for administration, so that all communication and sensitive data is encrypted. See Administration Over SSL.
